Terms and Conditions
· Children are also not to be left
unattended before 8.30am at any
Holiday Venue.
· Registration will be between 8.30am –
9.00am. A £5 fine will be levied per
every 15 minutes parents/guardians
are late collecting their child(ren)
without prior notice.
· Children will require appropriate
clothing and footwear for indoor &
outdoor use (metal studs are not
permitted), shin pads, a packed lunch
and plenty of drinks.
· Once applications and payments have
been processed, refunds will not be
given.
· Derby County in the Community expect
the highest standards of behaviour and
conduct of it’s coaches, we also expect
the same of the children attending our
Holiday Courses.
· Derby County in the Community
operate a 3-strike-and-out system for
disciplinary issues. Children whom our
coaches deem disruptive to the
Courses and/or other children will be
issued 2 yellow cards and a final red
card for each breach of disciplinary
standards. Each card will have a
written explanation of the reason(s)
behind the issuing of the card which
will be explained to the
parent/guardian.
· Should any child fall below such
behavioural standards, or show a
consistent lack of interest in
participating, Derby County in the
Community reserve the right to
remove them from the Course.
· Parents/Guardians/Friends are strictly
prohibited from taking photographs/
videos due to Child Protection
Legislation.
· If my child is injured I acknowledge the
right of DCITC staff to administer first
aid within the parameters to which
they are qualified.
